I am Joel!\n\nI am a filmmaker! I make shorts and features and post them all on this channel!\n\nTHE PROMISE:\nIf you make a movie (a feature length film, 40+ minutes) and send it to me, I will watch it. \n\nMaking movies is so possible nowadays, all my features cost anywhere from $0-$500. I see my promise to watch people's movies as a nice form of encouragement. There are so many systems and roadblocks (and lies) in place that keep us unambitious and apathetic in the medium, and I hope the promise that a filmmaker will watch and care about your hard work can be that little push some may need to create something bigger.\n\nI also encourage people to make short films and lots of them! Short films are great grounds for fun and experimentation, and you get better and better at filmmaking every time you make a short. Because shorts are so much easier to make, I can't promise to watch everyone's shorts.\n\nConsider supporting my work on Patreon - www.patreon.com/joelhaver

I really should have watched these videos in order
What... I love it
But... It's night time...
Those Goddamn FUMBLERS ate my dog! ...I call them “fumblers” ‘cause every time they try to pick something up, they always fumble.
I would for sure watch an entire series of this on here or on adult swim
Both of these individuals went to great lengths to maintain their cause... RIP Jack Haver
Wow. I’ve never seen a movie like this before. I honestly feel deeply touched. You chose to show us moments and views from your life that ring with me personally in a wonderful way. And it’s absolutely not about me as a viewer, but I felt constantly connected to your troubles. Skillfully edited, deep emotions, big surprises. I don’t know what else to say but thank you. This is my favourite movie now.
Very funny, lots of potential in the creator
Mr. Haver, thanks a lot for your sincerity, and I am glad you are having a say about this. I know quite a few people who think they need to go to film school or major in theatre or whatever major it is to make it in the art industry. I think it is great that you support the indie film artists so much like this. I watched that movie called Bed that you mentioned, and I was mesmerized. There is always someone who will be willing to watch your movie or whatever you do and give you feedback if you look in the right places. You just have to not be afraid of being rejected. And btw, people like to watch your videos for a good laugh or to find a video that is relatable, but when you are talking to the audience like this, you have such a sincere personality. Because you know the boundary line of humor and sincerity, it makes it a lot easier to know when to take you seriously. This means you have a very strong character, that is very ambi. Yup. That’s the word I’m stickin with. Ambi. The crummy films tend to be the hidden gems too.
Commenting for that algo boost because this shit had me cackling
The 18 people who disliked this are aliens who do not understand humour.
I like the part where girl
Whatever this was, I was going to see it through.
This actually made my adhd so much worst because instead of focusing of the wo-T T T T TAP TA TAP TAP T T TAP TAPITY TAP TAP

I honestly thought this was a documentary of sorts until the musical scene
FO3 was the first FPS I played where the objective WASNT to kill everything that moved... Yeah... that was me in this vid...
This is both unnerving and amazing
Wow. I was shocked when I found this video. I had just seen a few videos from the playlist, but I had no idea. From my perspective, he was still alive as far as I knew. There is always a story behind the camera-and behind the face (behind even what we can see)- that continues to go on. I’m glad you cherish his memory so much. I know you still think of him, and he obviously is a huge inspiration to all your videos and films. I pray that his lively spirit that you know will always guide you through the tough times in life; may the Lord bless you on your path.
Im so glad he is doing great
Shiner bock, fantastic taste in beer my friend.
I don't need to see the movie to know this is funny... Also not a film connoisseur, but this is some lovely camera work
anyone here from Le epic pogchamp meme playlist 69?
I Just finished watching this movie. As someone dealing with loneliness, the last scene pulled some part of me internally. I can't say what it is. Maybe its not meant to be said. Maybe its a feeling that words cant describe. This was deeply personal with its raw honesty yet very relatable situations, scripted or not scripted. I really love what you've done here. I appreciate the fact the you revealed so much about yourself. I'm sorry about your dad. I'm sorry about what you're going through. If you're reading this or to whoever is reading this, I hope you find warmth you deserve, if you haven't found it already.

What do you use to film? Would imagine people couldn't help but to look straight down the lens if they saw a camera.

Oh god, this is my kind of humour. If only the blanket slammed at random directions a little while longer.
You could do a feature film in the animation style as well
